Personal Movie Collection
One Night With The King is one of my favorite movies. My husband purchased it for me the other night to add to my personal movie library. My daughters and I watched it last night before turning in to bed. The message of faith and hope in this movie is very powerful, I love it. The part right before Esther goes before the King in court, she speaks with Haggai. He pleads with her not to go and risk her life. Esther tells Haggai that the best part about the story of David and Goliath is how David was victorious not because he fought well but because he "BELIEVED" well. Esther was going before the King believing that God was going to have His way whether she succeeds or perishes. It's a great way to live and it falls in line with the scriptures; it's impossible to please God without faith. Faith without works is dead! This is definitely a movie worth having in your personal movie collection at home. Pop it in when you need a little pick me up or boost in a time where things aren't going to good.

MAKE TIME
I know there's only 24 hours in a day but we really must make time for God. In the midst of our daily busy schedules we kind of put God on the backburner, which is unacceptable. Whenever we are in need of a miracle or something less complicated we have no problem crying out to God. Things start falling apart and all of a sudden you have time to pray. The Lord wants our time, attention, and our hearts everyday. He doesn't want us to be the kids who only come around when all hell is breaking loose. As long as everything is going great in our lives we don't as so much give God a shout out. As Christians we really have to bring our bodies, minds, and hearts under subjection. Everyone gets off track sometimes but we can get back in line, it's not to late. Make time for God and I promise you will feel so much better.
